Factory-Refurbished Products - Save $$$ 

Factory-refurbished items are used units that have been fully refurbished in our Syracuse factory. All worn or damaged parts are replaced, software is updated, and performance is tested to new-product specifications. Units may show minor signs of use. Units include all original accessories, a new manual, and new packaging. All units carry a 90-day warranty. Not eligible for extended warranty. No returns unless defective. Defective products must be exchanged within 7 days from the date of delivery.

B-Stock

B-Stock items have minor cosmetic blemishes and may have been used in product demos. Typically this means that they have seen very limited use at one or more trade shows. Some items may have been used for product reviews. Demo items may show some minor signs of use. Units include all original accessories, a new manual, and new packaging. All items are functionally perfect, and are fully tested. All units carry our standard new-product warranty. Not eligible for extended warranty. No returns unless defective. Defective products must be exchanged within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Closeouts

Closeouts are discontinued models. All units are new and carry our standard new-product warranty. Not eligible for extended warranty. No returns unless defective. Defective products must be exchanged within 7 days from the date of delivery.
