Factory Refurbished

Factory refurbished items are used units that have been fully refurbished in our Syracuse factory. All worn or damaged parts are replaced, software is updated, and performance is tested to new-product specifications. Units may show minor signs of use. Units include all original accessories, a new manual, and new packaging. All units carry a 90-day warranty. Not eligible for extended warranty. No returns unless defective. Defective products must be exchanged within 7 days from the date of delivery.
