The default settings show the stereo output into 8 Ohms.
Select "Bridged Mono" and "4 Ohms" to see the maximum 4-Ohm bridged-mono output power for the AHB2. This maximum output power will be achieved at an input level of 20.1 dBu (reduce the input level by entering 20.1).
Note: If the input parameters would cause clipping, the results show the maximum un-clipped output, and the "Amplifier Headroom" window will read "Amplifier Clipping!". When this occurs, reduce the "Input Level" to achieve an "Amplifier Headroom" of 0 dB.

Calculate the combined system performance of a Benchmark audio system using a DAC3 D/A converter, LA4 line amplifier, and AHB2 power amplifier.
Note: If the input parameters would cause clipping, the results show the maximum un-clipped output, and the "Amplifier Headroom" window will read "Amplifier Clipping!". When this occurs, reduce the "Input Level" to achieve an "Amplifier Headroom" of 0 dB.

These values will be identical for 8-Ohm speakers, but they will be different at other impedances.
This means that if a 4-Ohm and and 8-Ohm speaker have identical efficiencies, the 4-Ohm speaker will play 3.01 dB louder with a given voltage.
