- Benchmark has close personal ties to the visually-impaired and hearing-impaired communities. We have visually impaired pro-audio customers. At one time, we had a blind sales representative in New York City.
- One Benchmark family has raised a number of guide dogs and they stay in touch with the dogs' handlers. One of these handlers, Frank Senior, is a professional musician. The photo at the left shows Frank with his guide dog Rigby.
- This same Benchmark family has several hearing-impaired individuals and one family member who is a trained ASL interpreter.
- We are actively engaged in the community and we hope that we can provide a good experience as you browse our website. There are always improvements that can be made, so we welcome your feedback and suggestions.
