Order must be shipped to an address in the USA.
Order must be placed Factory Direct using one of these methods:
Customer is responsible for return shipping and insurance.
Up to 15% restocking fee will apply if the unit has cosmetic damage.
No refund will be issued if the product has significant damage.
30-Day Trial Period:
The 30-day Trial Period begins when the product is delivered to your address.
Returns must be shipped to Benchmark before the end of the Trial Period.
The 30-Day Risk-Free Trial excludes the following products:

Trade-In and Trade-Up programs are limited to a 15-Day Risk-Free Trial
Return Policy for 30-Day Risk-Free Trial:
Products must be shipped back to Benchmark within the 30-dayTrial Period, and must be in like-new condition.
AnRMA(return merchandise authorization) number will be issued by our Customer Service Department upon request. It is required for all returns.
The RMA number needs to be clearly visible on the exterior of the packaging.
Products must be shipped to Benchmark Media Systems, prepaid, insured, and in their original shipping carton.
